20% refundable deposit is required to secure your booking via bank transfer. The remaining balance payable 10 days prior to arrival.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival. The guest will lose their deposit if they cancel in the 10 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
All booking will receive a confirmation email once the booking has been accepted. Once the deposit has been paid, we will send you confirmation with details of outstanding balance and when this is due.
