We had a lovely time staying with Tracey and Rob. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculate. We arrived late but were met with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Tracey, Rob, Shirley and Mick went above and beyond during our whole stay from making us a cuppa on the first morning, to booking transfers, quads and excursions. Made our short time on the island so much easier. Hopefully next time we will have enough time to enjoy the pool Thanks guys
Tracey is the perfect host, great service, communication, updates prior arrival, happy to assist with arranging Airport transfers, various modes of transport to hire and a variety of activities. Great place, quiet location, mountain and sea views, very clean, tidy, comfortable, air conditioner great, lovely white fluffy towels, pool towels provided. The folder has useful information, map, hiring transport, food menus, etc, Pizzas delivered, delicious and hired a car. Fabulous pool area, great size pool, enjoyable water temperature, comfy cushions on loungers, variety of seating. There are two outdoor areas to choose from which is great. Arriving early, contacted Tracey, kindly allowed us to drop off luggage, headed to beach. Tracey, Rob and lovely son Jacob, Mick and Shirley, were lovely, friendly, made us feel welcome, recommended good restaurants, sights, etc. We had a lovely time and chats and will definitely recommend this little gem to family and friends. Many thanks to Tracey & Rob for the stay I had with my girlfriend. They took care of everything, from the airport transfer to the quad bike rental (with a 20% discount), as well as providing reactive logistical support at all times. As for the accommodation, everything is just as described.
We have just had a great week in the Nirvana studio with all the comforts you need. It's an address that perfectly matched our expectations: quiet, beach within walking distance. It will be necessary to consider renting transport to see Oia, Fira, etc. Tracey and her family warmly welcomed us and offered us quality services (booking airport transfers and scooter rental). A huge thank you!!!!!!!! If we come back to Santorini, we will know where to stay 😁
It was an unforgettable experience with amazing people, always willing to help us. The relationship was good, just like the recommendations. If you want to book a quiet accommodation, far from the tourist noise, it is ideal. Tourist spots are accessible and the best beaches are next to the apartment. Highly recommended and very grateful to this friendly family.

Je recommande vivement ce logement particulièrement pour l'accueil de cette famille très sympathique, serviable, aimable, attentifs à nos moindres besoins. De plus pour ceux qui aiment le côté plus traditionnel de Santorin, le village de Emporio est typique à visiter. L'emplacement est proche également de lieux magnifiques pour voir de beaux couchers de soleil, au sommet de l'île près du monastère prophète Ilias et à Megalochori.

Nuestra estadía fue muy linda. El alojamiento es muy bonito tiene todo lo que se necesita, es muy limpio y de muy buen gusto. Tracy y su familia son realmente personas encantadoras y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Nos ayudaron con muy buenas indicaciones, recomendaciones, y muchas otras cosas más hemos vuelto felices de haber tenido una estadía tan bonita en Santorini.
Excellent accueil par Tracey et Rob et leurs parents. Nous avons rencontrés un souci avec notre taxi, ils sont venus nous chercher à 2h du matin a l'aéroport ! ils nous ont menés a la location de Quad le lendemain matin et au bus le dernier jour. ils sont super sympa ! L'appartement est conforme à la description. il est necessaire d'avoir un mode de locomotion (quad, scooter ou voiture) pour bouger de l appartement en autonomie ou bien prendre le bus a 10mn. Je recommande ces hôtes !
J’ai passé un très bon séjour à Santorin au studio Nirvana. Le logement est très propre, calme et bien situé. Un bon compromis si vous voulez éviter les villages trop touristiques mais quand même vous déplacer facilement sur l’île si vous louez une voiture ou prenez le bus. Il est à 10min à pied du village d’emporio que je trouve très jolie et 20min à pied de la plage perissa. Tracey et Rob sont des supers hôtes, très accueillants, réactifs et serviables :) Je peux que recommander grandement ce Airbnb, vous ne serez pas déçus.
Had a wonderful time in Santorini. Amazing welcome from Tracey Rob Mick and Shirley. Tracey was wonderful re organising trip, transfers atv hire, basically everything. Herself and Rob met us on arrival and the next morning Shirley knocked on the door once she could hear we were up and about with coffee. Mick took us on a trip around Perissa and Emporia and pointed out restaurants, bakeries etc which he would recommend. He then took us to the atv hire place where we got a 20% discount and amazing service and advice from the owner. We particularly loved fisherman house restaurant recommended by Mick. Authentic Greek cuisine. Fish fresh off the boat . Grandma knitting in the corner but ready to wait tables when it got busy. Food was exceptional would recommend the catch of the day option grilled or fried and we went back a second time and had the grilled langoustine. To die for.
The flat is neat, spotless, newly furnished and well-equipped - the photos tell the story. The family are extremely hospitable and yet respectful of guests’ privacy. Location is quiet and ideal for easy access to the attractive southern coast. Excellent communication with Tracey- instant replies always. A very pleasant short stay.
We had such an awesome stay at Tracey and Rob’s! They were welcoming, everything was as described and the location was perfect- in a quieter part of the island, but close enough to be around some great local restaurants, and still only 15 mins from Fira. The stay was even more enjoyable by having a great family hosting us. It was perfect and we can’t wait to come back!
Tracey and Rob were such good hosts. The listing is a 20ish minute walk to Perissa Beach and 5 minutes from the bus station. Communication was great and they are very flexible and helpful

We really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. When we arrived I thought Rob scattered rose peddles all over our entrance but it was the flowers above 😂. They have beautiful garden flowers all over and the place is well maintained . Well situated with breathtaking views from pool area of Santorini highest peak on one side and ocean view on other. The sunrise in mornings were delightful from the pool area and in evenings a short drive up to highest peak provided great sunsets and view of island. If your lucky you will find fig trees along the way. We enjoyed 3. A vehicle is a must if you want to explore island Everything is reachable within 30 min with scooter. Stores and restaurants are walking distance but we always drove. Food delivery also available. Rob and Tracey’s parents are very knowledgeable about the area and provided us many tips on where to eat or shop. Everyone was wonderful to chat with and we were lucky to try Mic’s homemade pomegranate raki and Tracey’s birthday cake. They all spoke fluent English which was great for us from Canada. We visited all the touristy areas but we loved returning home to Tracey’s oasis away from all the traffic and busy areas. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning some day.
Alles Perfekt!! Wundervolle Unterkunft und liebevolle Familie. Rob und Tracey haben für uns alles organisiert und uns ganz viele Tipps gegeben. Auch Mick und Shelley waren super nett und haben sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Der Pool und das Zimmer waren genauso gut wie auf den Bildern. Sehr zu empfehlen! Würden immer wieder kommen.
Super séjour chez rob et tracey, l’accueil a été parfait de A à Z. Rob est venu nous chercher en pleine nuit à l’aéroport, j’imagine perturbant sa nuit de jeune retraité 😉 Pour autant ils ont été super agréables, serviables, nous réservant le quad (avec -20%), une excursion et nous prodiguant tous les bons conseils pour découvrir l’île. La chambre était dans un état irréprochable, avec même le ménage fait tous les jours, lits faits, serviettes changées et j’en passe. Un moindre soucis, Rob était là pour nous le solutionner. Nous ne manquerons pas de faire la pub de son logement et si l’occasion se présente c’est les yeux fermés que nous y retournerons 🤩Conseil pour les futurs arrivants,rendez vous au dorian’s pub à côté du loueur de quad que Rob nous avait conseillé : pinte de bière à 2€50 et cocktail à 5€. Bref, un grand merci a toute la famille pour leur accueil 🙏🏻

Lovely place in a quiet area of Santorini. Tracey and her family were very welcoming and helped us to book the airport taxis and communicate with the drivers. There is a bus stop 5 mins from the house and Tracey helped us find the bus schedule online (it comes once every hour in the mornings so checking the schedule is a good idea).

We really enjoyed our stay with Tracey and her family, they were all lovely and super welcoming. The apartment was clean and cosy, really quiet. The swimming pool was definitively a plus and the location close to the beach was enjoyable. This part of the island was not crowded as the rest and we loved it. All the family gave us good tips regarding the island and we loved moments spent with them. We recommend it!

Studio Nirvana is a gem and what makes it so special is that the hosts Tracey and Rob are so kind and helpful. Her parents are wonderful as well! Communication was easy and any requests (transportation, massage therapist) were taken care of quickly. Unfortunately my husband hurt his back during our stay, and the whole family went out of their way to help with anything we needed. The room is spotless and lovely. We were very comfortable and the location is quiet. The pool was great to have and a nice area to sit all day and relax. Within walking distance is several grocery stores, tavernas and the bus to take you anywhere you need to go on the island. We highly recommend Studio Nirvana if you’re looking for a wonderful stay and quiet location on Santorini. Thank you so much Tracey, Rob, Shirley, Mitch and little Jacob for a wonderful stay.

Well what can we say other than Studio Nirvana is a lovely place to stay with all the comforts of home,and not only that the family also make you very welcome and will help you in the best way they can to enjoy the lovely island of Santorini. We had the most wonderful stay at Studio Nirvana! It was everything you could hope for out of an Airbnb! Tracey and her entire family went above and beyond to help us and ensure we had the best stay. Tracey gets discounts on airport shuttle services and ATV/moped rentals through her work, and she not only let us use her discounts, she arranged both airport pickup and an ATV rental for us! And Mick drove us to pick up our ATV rental so we wouldn't have to walk or find some other way to get there. We arrived in Santorini a few hours before our check-in time, but Tracey and the rest of the family still made us feel welcome to drop off our luggage and even utilize their pool until the room was ready! We decided to go to the beach so we wouldn't be in the way, and they gave us a great recommendation for which beach bar/restaurant we should go to! They had great recommendations for everything: restaurants (including specific recommendations based on what kind of food we wanted), beaches, places to watch the sunset, etc. We had some great conversations with everyone in the family, including Jakob (Tracey and Rob's young son)! They really made us feel so welcome that it was as if they were old family friends of ours. If we return to Santorini someday, we will absolutely stay at Studio Nirvana again! I've already been telling all my friends "if you every go to Santorini, I know the best Airbnb you can stay at!" :)

Super séjour chez Tracey et Rob qui ont été tres accueillants, plein de bon conseils et d’endroits a visiter. Ils ont aussi géré notre arrivée et notre depart en nous commandant un taxi ou en nous amenant eux-mêmes. L’appartement est conforme aux photos et propre avec le lit fait tous les jours et les draps et serviettes changés régulièrement. Nous avions loue un scooter donc aucun problème niveau déplacements et c’était tres agréable de rentrer d’une journée dans un endroit un peu plus calme et qui reste tres accessible. Sinon a pied du centre ville c’est environ 20 min de Perissa et de la plage 25 min. Un supermarché se trouve a 5 min à pied. Je retournerais ici avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour
There’s no words in this world to express how great and confortable was the staying and the treatment we had from the beggining to the end by the hosts. The appartment was so cosy and clean and well-equiped (we had everthing we needed) and we could enjoy the pool and the common area with totally confort!! On the other hand, the entire family involved and helped us with our arrival, staying and departure issues. Rob told us some wonderful places to go and gave us some tips about where to go or eat! So thanks a lot Rob hehe. Mick drove us wherever we needed from the airport to the house, to look for a renting and to the ferry at the end! You’re a wonderful man! Thanks and Tracey’s mum! A so sweet and friendly woman who saved literally our lives letting us to print some documents we needed in her own printer for the ferries and the good conversations we had (we could practice a lot of english with everyone hehe). And finally Tracey who was so careful with us from the beggining too letting us going for a lil tour in the hotel she works. Too much!! Really! So, please people who wants to travel to Santorini: SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Book with them without thinking!! And of course we’ll repeat again hehe. Nous avons fait le choix de passer une semaine à santorin et de loger loin des villes les plus touristiques et nous n’avons pas regretté notre choix !!! Tracey, Rob, Shirley, Mick Et Jacob « the baby Shark » sont fabuleux, d’une gentillesse inégalable, toujours près à prendre soin de leurs hôtes, à donner des conseils de visites, de restaurants et d’activités ! L’appartement est très bien situé pour être au calme tout en étant très près des plages et des villages typiques. La piscine du B&B est vraiment agréable, l’appartement est très bien équipé et nettoyé tous les jours, il dispose en plus d’une place de parking privé, ce qui est un luxe dans les ruelles étroites des villes de santorin. Il est également situé à 4 minutes à pieds de l’arrêt de bus, du supermarché, du centre de la ville et de toutes les commodités. Tracey peut aussi se charger de vous aider pour le transfert depuis l’aéroport… Des hôtes généreux, présents au besoin, mais tout en vous laissant votre intimité. Le confort d’un hôtel et en même temps la tranquillité comme à la maison. Nous regrettons qu’une seule chose c’est de ne pas maîtriser l’anglais pour pouvoir leur dire tout le bien que nous pensions deux et de leur logement. Ce séjour fut magique, et Tracey et sa famille y sont pour beaucoup ! Merci pour tout !
Tracey, Rob et toute la famille sont des personnes adorables, toujours disponibles et attentionnés. Le studio est impeccable, la propreté est irréprochable et faite quotidiennement. Le studio est situé à 10 minutes à pied d’un arrêt de bus, ce qui rend la circulation dans l’île très simple.
È stato davvero piacevole alloggiare da Tracey e la sua famiglia. Pulizia e accoglienza sono impeccabili e per qualsiasi dubbio o consiglio sono a piena disposizione. L’alloggio è facile da raggiungere, in una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti da spiagge e bar. Con un quad o altri mezzi di trasporto si può raggiungere ogni parte dell’isola. Super consigliato!!!

L'accueil chaleureux et attentionné de cette famille dépasse de loin nos attentes à mon conjoint et moi. Tracey a pris soin de préparer notre séjour bien avant notre arrivée en organisant le trajet de l'aéroport jusqu'au studio nirvana et en nous donnant les adresses de labo pour réserver le test PCR du retour. Tout ça dans le but de nous éviter de perdre trop de temps à l'hôpital et gâcher peut être une journée entière du séjour. A ce moment j'ai compris qu'elle était soucieuse des conditions dans lesquels nous allions arriver et cette attention s'est confirmée tout au long du séjour : - Une chambre nickel qui conserve l'intimité (à l'aise comme à la maison) avec climatiseur qui fonctionne très bien. - Mise a disposition du "starter pack" (wifi, location de véhicule...) - De très bon conseils lorsque nous voulions bouger sur l'ile (bateau, plongé, resto et d'autres) Nous sommes rester 1 semaine au studio nirvana mais une semaine qui nous a permis de vivre de superbes moments. Je remercie Tracey et sa famille pour ça et vous recommande vivement le studio nirvana. Nous on y retournera en tout cas

The place corresponds well to the description and is really enjoyable. It's not too close to the most touristic part of the island, so the calm is pleasant, with a view on the mountain nearby. With a car, all can be easily reached from there, and the family could easily give advices and tips about places to go on Santorini. The appartment is perfect for two persons, and is cleaned everyday, which is also a big plus. Last but not least, the whole family (living in their own part of the house) is really charming, from the parents to the two cute little dogs. We will surely remember their visits in the morning during breakfasts. We highly recommand this place for a stay in Santorini.

Just came back with my fiancé from staying in this beautiful modern anex room. It was nothing short of perfect. Clean modern in decor with a kitchenette which was very convenient for us and a immaculate bathroom and shower with complimentary towels 😍.
Close to a supermarket and a couple minutes walk and you find yourself right on the beach with an array of options for food & beachbars!!
